Need Help on Real Time example practice.

Hi,

I am new to selenium, I am working on simple things using webdriver (java code) like opening web page extracting friends name. etc..
but I want to learn the real world scenarios, I mean to say in organization how they will work?
can you give some good example of real world work.
give some scenario so I can work on that.

Tarun's sample projects are best way to learn.

Also you can play around with flipkart / walmart which I find really challenging and covering most of the scenarios
