Getting Started with Selenium Webdriver and Pluto Plugin

I am newb to Selenium. I am looking for a getting started guide that would guide me step by step with the automation testing framework involving Selenium Webdriver and the pluto plugin. I tried to find online documents reg the same but couldnt find any.Could someone help me on this please
